Meet Tracey Arnerich
Arnerich & Associates Ltd has been in operation since 2008 and has experienced considerable growth since then both by acquisition and natural growth from existing clients.
Tracey Arnerich being the principal of the firm brings to it a wealth of knowledge gained over a period of 30 years of being involved in various forms of accountancy disciplines, beginning her career in Chartered Accountancy but quickly progressing into commercial industry including key roles at The Radio Network, Sky Television, and Foodstuffs (Auckland) Ltd.
Her personal goals are motivated around success in her business. This success is dependant on successful, motivated, and ultimately satisfied customers. What is also important to her is a healthy work/life balance and actively promotes this by enjoying as much time as possible outside work in her private life.
Tracey’s strengths among others include integrity, commitment, and her belief in what she does. Her background certainly provides good grounding to be in a position to advise and support small businesses, and enjoys the challenges and diversities of her role and the people she meets in doing so.
Meet Nadia Filip
Nadia got her second degree in Professional Accountancy in 2012 after completing her Law degree in 2006 from Auckland University. She joined Arnerich & Associates Ltd in May 2015 and is currently working towards completing full Chartered Accountancy Accreditation.
Working with people from different backgrounds and professions is what Nadia enjoys most about her role at Arnerich & Associates Ltd. That and being able to take all the various information, documents and numbers and sort it all out so that it makes sense and is useful for the business owner/s and growth of their business. She especially loves giving the great news to clients when they get a nice IRD refund!
Originally from Russia, Nadia immigrated to beautiful New Zealand in 2002, has two children and loves swimming, dancing and walking the stunning New Zealand coast and beaches. She looks forward to meeting you.
